The Rev. Shawn Rutledge is a graduate of Virginia Theological Seminary’s Master of Divinity program, with a concentration in New Missional Practices. Shawn was born in Michigan but has spent most of his life in Arizona. He has a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. Shawn would never have made it this far without the support of his loving wife, and their 3 children. One of the Rev. Shawn’s personal role models, is the kind, loving and compassionate example set by Mr. Fred Rogers.

Our Bishop's Warden is Kari Davis. The position is also known as the Sr. Warden.
Kari Davis is an almost lifetime member of the Episcopal Church. She has been active in St. Peter's since she settled into Casa Grande after moving here in 2013. She currently enjoys singing with the Choir - helping with Coffee Hour, Prayer Shawl group and PLARN. Kari shares her ministry with the community and continues to coordinate quarterly PLARN sessions. She is honored to be serving in the capacity of Bishop's Warden for St. Peters.

Our People's Warden is Mike Davis. The position is also known as the Jr. Warden.
Having been a life long Lutheran, when Mike and his wife Pat moved to Casa Grande he felt the local Lutheran Church was not living up to what he and his wife were used to. They began visiting St. Peter’s. They immediately felt very welcomed and it seemed “like home”. They attended Fr. Shawn's Newcomers class and were received into The Episcopal Church. Mike has been on church boards before, and served as treasurer during a major capitol project.

I am a lifelong member of the Episcopal church, born in Colorado Springs. I attended Grace and St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Colorado Springs until relocating to Denver. I was led to St. Michael and All Angel’s Parish through my friend, Dan Jones, the organist and choirmaster. After retirement, Dan and I moved to Arizona in 2013 and fortunately, we found St. Peter’s Church.

I have been with the Episcopal Church since the early 1990's. My first church was at the Northern California Cathedral in Sacramento, CA. At that location, Ann and I served as Ushers, LEM's and Readers. Just before we left to move to Texas, Ann also served as a Vestry member. Once in Texas, we were part of two Parishes in Austin where we also were LEM's, Readers and Ushers and I served as a member of the Vestry at one of the locations. We have both completed the four year EFM training and on my last year, I was certified as an EFM Mentor for our Parish. I feel that having the understanding and history in these locations allows me to bring a perspective from each to St. Peters.
